Authentic imagery was central to the Facing History Foundation’s brand. Stock photography instantly diminished the warmth and credibility the organization aimed to convey, whereas real classroom photography brought a sense of intimacy and trust that set the program apart from similar offerings.

I creative directed this shoot by deepening the existing relationship with a participating teacher and partnering with a photographer known for putting subjects at ease. As a result, we captured a series of images that became foundational to future marketing and development efforts.
